EATABELLA

Since opening at Glebe Markets in September 2014, Eatabella has been receiving rave reviews, including positive recommendations from Gourmet Traveller’s editor, Pat Nourse.

Whilst growing up in the inner-western suburbs of Marrickville, Eatabella’s creator, Isabella spent many family gatherings around a smoky Vietnamese BBQ, enjoying her family’s Bún Thịt Nướng (charcoal grilled meats with vermicelli salad) and Bánh mì thịt nướng (charcoal grilled meats with crispy baguettes) and chả giò (vietnamese spring rolls), all of the above dressed with grandma Tuyết Nước mắm (chilli fish sauce).

Eatabella is a tribute to the Vietnamese backyard barbeque and aims to share these mouth-watering flavours, by bringing the Vietnamese barbeque experience to a Sydney markets location near you.

Bún Thịt Nướng

Our vermicelli salads consists of our famous hot smoky charcoal grilled meats, fresh greens and herbs, pickled carrots and daikon, topped with our famous Nước mắm (vietnamese sauce).

Bánh mì 

Our  Bánh mì vietnamese baguettes are crispy and freshly made on the day consisting of a choice of our famous hot smoky charcoal grilled meats, salad and herbs covered with our tasty Eatabella aioli sauce.

Our tasty spring rolls come in a meat (pork and prawn) and vegetarian version (sweet potato and mushroom).
